The year we were in Toronto, one of our neighbours was the Korean exchange officer at the Canadian Forces College. We let him use our lawn mower in the spring and then gave it to him when we left Toronto and moved to an apartment in Montreal. In exchange for the lawn mower, his wife taught me how to prepare Korean food. This was a WONDERFUL exchange for me as knowledge is the most useful, clutter-free gift you can give. And now every time I make Korean food, I think of the fun times I had with my Korean friends!
What gift of knowledge have you most appreciated?
