A while back I re-wrote a poem about the Airborne Forces by Field Marshall The Viscount Montgomery of Alamein. Somewhere that poem struck a resonance with me somewhere.
This week my mother decided to donate all of her father’s WWII photographs to the Canadian War Museum. She scanned them all first and sent one that my grandfather took…of Field Marshall The Viscount Montgomery of Alamein.
